How is this different from just buying a course?

What if I’m brand new and don’t have QuickBooks set up yet?

Perfect! This membership is designed for beginners. We start from scratch and walk you through every step. You don't need any prior knowledge—just a willingness to learn and implement.

What if I’m already using QuickBooks but struggling with Profit First?

This membership is great for you, too! You can skip the QuickBooks basics and focus on the Profit First and PEACE Strategy modules. Plus, you'll get support on the monthly coaching calls to troubleshoot your specific challenges.

How much time do I need to commit each month?

It's self-paced, so you decide! Most members spend 2-4 hours per month watching training videos and implementing what they learn. The group coaching call is 60 minutes once a month (recordings available if you can't attend live). This is designed for busy women entrepreneurs—no overwhelm required.

What if I can’t attend the live group coaching calls?

No problem! All calls are recorded and uploaded to the membership portal within 24 hours. You can watch on your own time and still submit questions in advance for Kayla to answer during the call.

Can I upgrade to 1:1 coaching later?

Absolutely! If you decide you want more personalized support, you can book a 90-Minute

Strategy Session ($497), VIP Intensive Day ($1,497), or Strategic Partnership ($1,200-$1,500/month) anytime. As a member, you'll get priority booking and special discounts.

Is this really $50/month forever if I join as a Founding Member?

YES! If you join as one of the first 50 members, you lock in $50/month for as long as you remain an active member. Even when we raise the price to $75 (after 50 members) and $100 (after 100 members), you'll still pay $50/month. It's our way of rewarding early supporters.

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel anytime with one click—no contracts, no commitments, no hoops to jump

through. You'll keep access through the end of your current billing period. And if you

change your mind later, you can re-join anytime (though you'll pay the current rate, not the Founding Member rate).

Do I need to be Profit First certified or implementing Profit First to join?

Nope! This membership is for business owners, not coaches or advisors. You don't need any certifications—just a desire to learn and implement Profit First in YOUR business.

What if I have questions between coaching calls?

That's what the private community is for! You can ask questions anytime in the members-only space, and Kayla or other members will respond. You're never stuck waiting for the next call.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Yes! If you join and within the first 30 days decide this isn't for you, just email us and we'll refund your first month—no questions asked. We want you to feel confident in your investment.

How long will the Founding Member pricing last?

Only until we hit 50 members. After that, the price increases to $75/month for the next 50 members, then $100/month after 100 members. We're currently at 11 members, so there are 39 Founding Member spots remaining.
